There is no extra charge to become a member, all that is required is a commitment of 12 months minimum and a monthly discounted fee for all 12 treatments will become available. Also, you will never lose a paid for treatment. They may stack up and be used whenever convenient. Memberships are for the individual and may not be shared with others. All memberships will be charged the agreed upon discounted fee on a credit card or debit card on the 1st of every month for 12 consecutive months (unless frozen). There will be an option in the initial contract to sign up for auto renew at the end of the 12 months. This auto renew option guarantees no price increase in membership pricing as long as there is no interruption in the membership. If at the end of the 12 months you wish to discontinue and renew your membership at a later date, you will be subject to current pricing at the time of renewal. This is a “No Cancellation” contract, however, if there is ever a need for some unforeseen reason to suspend or freeze the membership, it can be frozen 1 time for up to a 3 month period for a one-time fee of $20.00.
